Winter Dancin' in the Archives

It's been forever since my last post.

My sweet little Muse seems to be hiding in the closet...
or maybe she's simply on vacation.

Blame it on the weather.
It's so-o-o cold out there...the snow doesn't melt.
And there's been no new snow for weeks
to freshen up the scene.

It's looking rather stale out there...

NOT
my favorite Winter.

Time for a little

 Dancing in the Archives...

Put on your dancin' shoes!
And enjoy these images from last year's fabulous Winter.

  2. What fun dancing through your gorgeous archives. I think I might have pulled something though. Now where did I put the Epsom salts? Happy New Year!

  4. Hi, Carolyn!
The winter is not my favorite season as well. Love your photo of sparrows!

    1. I actually like Winter, but this one has been a bit boring. I'm ready for Spring.

  5. Lovely photos you chose from last year. It's snowing now out there and I wonder just how much more snow we will get over this season.

  6. Beautiful images. You make the winter seem quite alright (said from the warmth of south Texas!). :~)

  7. So good to hear from you again, I know it is hard to blog in the winter. We've been having a very cold, snowy time of it here, too. Stay warm!

    1. The last few days have been filled with sunshine and just a bit of snow melt... it's still quite cold especially at night. My weather widget tells me it's 2° this morning. Brrr!

  8. It's that time of year for northern gardeners, time to dance through the archives! Just did it myself. Maybe someday winter will go away?

  9. I remembered that scene from your Winter Whites post! I have heard more than one person recently say that if it is going to be this cold, we should have some snow. We may get our wish tomorrow. Some accumulating snow is predicted, but I will believe it when I see it!

  11. I remember how cheery you were last Winter, yes, those pictures come from a happy place. Seems like folks are pretty much the same throughout the world, although here in the UK, I suspect the majority of adults would say they would be quite happy if they never saw snow again. Getting what they wished for this year, so far.
