The Tender Mercies of the Lord...

I believe there are times when a Tender Mercy enters your life
that cannot be explained by logic or reason.

It is a very personal and individualized blessing
that does not occur randomly,
nor is it a coincidence.

The simpleness and sweetness of such a blessing will lift your heart
when words cannot express the solace we need or the joy we feel.

The tender mercies of the Lord are available to all of us.

The LORD is good to all
and his Tender Mercies are over ALL his works.
Psalm 145:9

I have received such a blessing within my gardens
and it has indeed lifted my heart.

In my next post... I'll tell the story.

  1. Joy is good for the soul and gardens bring joy in spades. Historically, gardens have served many a purpose for regeneration, peace, solace and reflection.

  2. As you know it is where I find my peace and solace. Without it I would be lost. I find the connection to a higher power there...it is where my soul sings...I look forward to the story!!
